Robbie Malone, Partner
Robbie is a founding partner of Malone Frost Martin PLLC, and works in the Dallas office.
She began her career as a prosecutor and has spent over thirty years as a trial attorney (about seven years for governmental entities and the rest in private practice). She has vast experience as a trial attorney in all areas of practice at the firm. She has been fortunate to represent doctors, nurses, allied healthcare providers, lawyers, accountants, insurance agents, insurance adjusters, auditors, real estate agents, commercial property security companies and debt collection agencies. She has tried everything from a month long mental health care misdiagnosis case to a single day bankruptcy adversary proceeding to a judge.
Robbie believes that being able to present a case in trial is the cornerstone of a giving good legal advice. Most importantly, she remembers who the client is and based on these two facts together, the best decision can be made with the client’s best interest in mind. She is Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent Rated. She has also been an invited speaker to the Collin County Psychological Association, Texas ACA conferences, and the ACA Map List Conference. She currently is a member of the ACA Judicial Fund Committee.
