Cooper M. Walker, Associate
Cooper’s practice primarily focuses on complex business litigation issues. He works in the Dallas office and has experience in all phases of litigation including discovery, motion practice, hearings, trial, and appeal. He has argued several motions and received many successful rulings on submitted motions and appeals. Despite his focus on litigation, Cooper continues to develop the skills necessary to handle any issue his business clients may have.
While in law school, Mr. Walker was elected the Executive Editor of the Journal of Real Property Law where he was recognized as the Top Staff Editor for the Fall of 2013. An article written by Cooper was chosen to be published by the Journal, and he was one of only five graduates from the Class of 2015 to be inducted into the National Order of Scribes.
Before becoming an associate attorney at Malone Frost Martin PLLC, Cooper gained legal experience at two law firms in DFW and as an intern to the Honorable Judge Ken Tapscott of the Dallas County Court-at-Law No. 4.
